So… What the heck are Helicity and Chirality?

I have always been confused about the notions of chirality and helicity when learning quantum theory. Here is my attempt at summarizing what I have learnt about them.
(This largely follows my class from Gang Xu at PSI.)
TLDR:

Now let's walk through this!

From the definition of charge conjugation C for Majorana fermions, we can get that the charge conjugate of a left chiral Weyl fermion is a right chiral Weyl fermion, so we can actually build Majorana fermions from a sum of a Weyl fermion and its charge conjugate. Similarly, we can build a Dirac fermion from a sum of a Weyl fermion and the c.c. of another Weyl fermion of the same chirality.
